Hello mums and dads!
My name is James, most people call me Jamie, and i'm a very proud father of one gorgeous little girl called Skye, who's 2 years old, and a very handsome wee man called Callum who's 8 months old.
I'm raising my bright stars with my wonderful fiance Chelle, in the gorgeous village of Combe St Nicholas in Somerset.
It's all pretty wonderful right?
Well as idyllic as it sounds, i'm sure all the parents out there will agree with me when I say, no matter how much you love your kids, being a parent is hard work!
One of the biggest struggles is finding things to keep the kids occupied, whether it be searching for the perfect family day out, or just trying to find a simple home based activity to keep them cheerful while you get the washing up done or have a cup of tea and some strong painkillers for the headaches!
So, I decided to create this website to help all you mummys and daddys!
Welcome To Parental Guidance features ideas for family days out, activities you can try at home, money saving offers and tips, upcoming local and nationwide events and pretty much anything else that I as a parent think other parents might like to know about.
So take a look around, I hope the site is useful and please, if you have any suggestions on how I can improve the site, anything you'd like to see added, complaints, anything at all, drop me a line!
